You can join course "Conflicts and negotiations" to understand main reasons of conflicts and ways of tolerant behaviour, to learn best practices of negotiations.

I'll demonstrate you different animated movies, best practices and actual cases of peaceful conflicts.

In practice, we will:

- have interactive workshops

- formulate "me-massages"

- demonstrate an empathy

- paint analytical maps of conflict.

  You will learn:

- an anatomy of resultative negotiations

- few secrets of manipulative strategies

- effective verbal and non-verbal behaviours

- different ways of non-violence communications.

Together we will:

- examine our skills of active listening

- identify different types of conflicts

- produce calendars of tolerance.

I'll show you modern life-hacks of mediation, negotiation and resolution of conflicts. This course will be a very useful challenge for your soft-skills!
